I help new generations of leaders hit their stride, employing an empathetic, yet direct approach, always grounded in business strategy and company context. I work primarily with lifelong high achievers growing into senior roles - including founders and executives - helping build confidence, managerial instincts, and business sense, while reconciling the pressures and career questions that often follow.

Having led the People function and held an array of roles focused on leadership and professional development, I have extensive experience guiding Millennial and Gen Z professionals, understanding their unique motivations and challenges. I believe that fostering a peer dynamic in the coaching relationship leads to greater trust and openness, allowing for more impactful coaching. My coaching style is best described as relatable and incisive.
